Gallery

In our gallery, you will find many photos that feature various looks of wood flooring material - strips, parquet and planks.

Although many of the floors are stained, there are also many that are natural in color - meaning there is no stain applied to the wood. By simply putting an oil-base or water-base finish on wood, this will slightly give it a light ambercolor. This only applies to certain woods such as birch, maple, pine and oak as these wood species are naturally light in texture.

When a finish is applied to darker textured woods such as mohgany, walnut, cherry or padauk the finish will enhance these darker wood colors to a full and delightful richness.

The sample photos feature woods supplied from various reliable wood manufactures such as Columbia, Hartco, and Zickgra, as well as laminate flooring from Uniclic. Most samples are from wood that is finished at the job site, which means it is supplied from the factory unfinished. Therefore sanding, staining and finishing must take place in your home. Some manufactures supply both unfinished and pre-finished. Whichever your choice, quality will be assured. Let us know when you're ready for our free consultation at your home or office.
